Product Introduction of Zhongnong Boyuan 9YFQF-2.6 Picking and Pressing Machine　　

This machine can complete various tasks in the field, such as standing straw, laying straw, picking and feeding scattered broken straw (such as corn, cotton, wheat straw), crushing and kneading, compression forming, knotting and bundling, automatic unloading, etc.

1. Adopting heavy-duty RASSPE knotter imported from Germany, with stable performance and high reliability.

2. The uniquely designed double-sided belt transmission method solves the major technical problem of the knife roller shaft twisting and breaking. More reliable and efficient straw operations for hard crops such as corn and cotton.

3. Specially customized for the ridge planting area, the first long and short swing knives with wind wings and fixed knife picking assembly have been developed, which completely solves the technical problem of difficult to pick up scattered broken straw in the ridge ditch and avoids farmers' worries about burning straw in the field.

4. The swinging blade with wind wings and the ground contour form a centrifugal wind dust removal structure, ensuring a low soil content in the bales and significantly improving their value, which is particularly popular among farmers and breeders.

5. The hinge connection and elastic buffering connection between the pickup assembly and the bundling host eliminate the damage of the knife roller vibration to the whole machine.
