1. Product Overview
A gas storage tank stores energy in the form of gas storage. As a gas power source or as a non isolated accumulator, gas comes into direct contact with liquid and plays a role in energy storage, compensating for hydraulic losses, and stabilizing pressure in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with the aim of increasing oil discharge capacity and reducing pump pile power. Non isolated energy storage devices have the advantages of large capacity, low functional loss, energy conservation, and small footprint. The non isolated energy storage tank produced by our company adopts seamless steel pipe hot spinning forming technology, which has the characteristics of safety, reliability, beautiful appearance, and stable performance. At present, it has been widely used in fields such as mechanical industry and military industry.
Non isolated accumulator stations are generally used in conjunction with piston type accumulators to increase oil discharge capacity, reduce pump pile power, and thus achieve energy-saving effects. They are applied in situations where oil is quickly discharged, such as in large die-casting machines.

5. Precautions
①Gas storage tanks shall not be fixed by welding or riveting methods.
②After the installation of the gas storage tank, the interface should be checked for air leakage.
③After use, the gas storage tank should be inspected regularly according to regulations.
④Oxygen and flammable/explosive gases are strictly prohibited from being used in gas storage tanks.
