1. Preparation: Connect the power supply to the control box, check if the deceleration has been refueled. If not, refuel promptly and add fuel to the correct position on the fuel gauge.
2. Operation: Add the material into the container. (50% -60% of container capacity). ① Turn on the vacuum pump. ② Set the forward and reverse rotation time of the motor and start the motor. ③ Turn on the steam (or heating oil) to achieve the purpose of drying the material. ① Stop heating. ② Stop the motor from rotating. ③ Close the vacuum and open the vent valve to achieve atmospheric pressure inside the promotional material. ④ Set the motor to reverse. ⑤ Open the discharge door to discharge the material.

The equipment must be regularly inspected and maintained in order to achieve its expected efficiency and maintain normal operation.
1. The seat bearing of the spindle should be regularly lubricated with grease.
2. The reducer needs to be replaced with new oil after running for 7-14 days during use. (Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to use worm gear oil). In future use, the quality of the oil should be regularly checked. For oil mixed with impurities or aged and deteriorated, it must be replaced at any time. However, in general, for reducers that work continuously for a long time, the oil must be changed once every 2-3 months. For reducers that work for no more than 8 hours a day, the oil must be changed every 4-6 months. When the oil temperature significantly increases, the temperature rises above 60 ℃, or the oil quality decreases when the oil temperature exceeds 85 ℃, and abnormal noise is generated, the use should be stopped, and the cause should be checked. If it is caused by tooth surface adhesion or other reasons, it must be repaired and the fault must be eliminated. The lubricating oil should be replaced before use.
