This line consists of three single machines: LX40/60/80 vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, HX420/620/900 airflow sterilization and drying machine (or far-infrared), and ZYG12/12 oral liquid filling and capping machine. It is divided into three working areas: cleaning, drying and sterilization, and filling and sealing. The entire line can be produced in conjunction or used alone. It can complete processes such as water spraying, ultrasonic cleaning, robotic bottle clamping, flipping, flushing, air flushing, preheating, drying and sterilization, cooling, filling, capping, putting on caps, and rolling caps.
