ZWY-80/30.75G Wheel Scraper Product Introduction

The ZWY-80/30.75G wheel scraper is mainly composed of a backhoe mechanism, a transport tank, a walking mechanism, a frame assembly, a motor oil pump assembly, a hydraulic operating system, an electrical system, and other parts. The applicable track gauges are 600 millimeters, 762 millimeters, and 900 millimeters, with a bend radius greater than 12 meters. Temporary track rails for the work site use 38 kg/m or 43 kg/m rails. The length is 2.5-3m, and the front end of the rail is made of steel sleepers (channel steel), which are fastened with clamps for firmness and reliability. Require the work site to have a water level lower than the track surface and to have good drainage conditions. In order to prevent interference during the operation of the whole machine in the tunnel, it is required that the distance between the center of the track and the wall of the tunnel is not less than 1000mm, and the ground and track should be flat and not sink.

The walking mechanism is the foundation of the entire machine and needs to move forward and backward during operation. The hydraulic motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, and the clutch drives the drive gear to rotate. The front wheel shaft is driven by the double gear of the intermediate shaft to rotate the large gear of the front wheel shaft, and the sprocket of the front wheel shaft drives the rear wheel shaft to rotate through the chain, achieving four-wheel drive of the whole machine.

It has the characteristics of reliable walking and strong traction. The functional characteristics of other components are similar to those of a tracked scraper.
