1、 Product Introduction
ZRN-WZP-PseriesSurface mount typePT100 temperature sensorIt is mainly used to measure the temperature of the surface of an object. It attaches the sensor to the surface of the object through screws or other fixing methods to achieve ideal temperature measurement results. Surface mounted temperature sensors have a large contact area and close contact with the object being measured, so they have obvious advantages in some surface temperature measurement aspects: high temperature measurement accuracy, fast response speed, small size, and convenient fixed installation.

Surface mount temperature sensors are mainly used to measure the temperature on the surface of objects. Surface mount temperature sensors are attached to the surface of objects using screws or magnets to achieve ideal temperature measurement results. This surface mount temperature sensor can measure temperatures in various ranges by combining different types of thermistors and thermocouples. Technical Parameters Platinum Thermistor: Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000 Temperature Range: (-200~400) ℃ Accuracy Class: Class A ± (0.15+0.002 | t |) ℃ Class B ± (0.30+0.005 | t |) ℃ Note:| T | is the absolute value of the measured temperature. Thermocouple: K-type thermocouple (0-900 ℃), accuracy level: Level II surface mount temperature sensor temperature measurement method: Contact temperature measurement Surface mount temperature sensor default specifications (applicable to thermal resistance signals within 250 ℃ or 0-600 ℃ thermocouples) Length (L)=40mm Width (W)=20mm Thickness (D)=10mm Fixed hole diameter=8mm Probe diameter D=6mm Probe length: When the thermocouple signal exceeds 100 ℃, the probe should be long enough to reduce the temperature to within 100 ℃ Note: 1. For measuring thermal resistance signals above 250 ℃ (Pt100, Pt1000, etc.), probe diameter D=8mm Surface mount thickness=12mm2. For measuring thermocouple signals above 600 ℃ (K, E, etc.), probe diameter D=8mm Surface mount thickness=12mm For special temperature measurement requirements, the external dimensions, fixing holes, and sensor diameter of the surface mount sensor can be customized
