Characteristics: Wax based carbon ribbon is suitable for printing high-quality and durable barcodes on copperplate paper.
Scope of use: Suitable for copperplate paper, not suitable for uncoated paper.

Model: 2100
Characteristics: Compared with ordinary wax based carbon ribbon, it has better wear resistance and can print ordinary or circular barcodes very well. The printing speed can reach 12 inches per second (30.48 centimeters per second).
Scope of use: Suitable for copperplate paper and uncoated paper.

Model: 5319
Features: It is a high-performance and high printing quality wax based carbon ribbon. When correctly matched with Z-Xtreme label products, it has poor chemical corrosion resistance and adhesion.
Scope of use: Suitable for coated and uncoated paper, especially recommended for achieving good printing results on uncoated and uneven difficult to print labels, including Tyvek (high-density polyethylene synthetic paper).

Features: When printed on zebra copperplate paper, the printing speed can reach 12 inches/second (30.48 centimeters/second), and can reach medium speed when printed on uncoated paper. 5049 has excellent scratch resistance and good print quality at its competitive printing speed, which is rare. When printed on Z-Xtreme label products, it has chemical corrosion resistance.
Scope of use: Suitable for copperplate paper and uncoated paper, most suitable for printing circular barcodes and two-dimensional barcodes.

Mix based Carbon Ribbon (Wax/Resin Ribbon):

Scope of use: Suitable for various coated paper and film materials, as well as synthetic paper and synthetic paper treated with corona discharge, such as PolyO 1000 and PolyO2000

Resin Ribbon:
Model: 4100
Features: Special durability and resistance to chemical dissolution, with excellent edge clarity when printed on synthetic substrates.
Scope of use: High gloss paper, synthetic paper

Model: 5095
Features: Provides excellent printing quality, good durability, and resistance to chemical corrosion. Compared to other resin based carbon ribbons, it requires lower temperatures to dissolve. 5095 is the best choice when printing high-density barcodes and high-definition images.
Scope of use: Suitable for printing on various substrates, from copperplate paper to high gloss synthetic paper, and also used for printing on coated paper and thin film materials.
