instructions:
1: Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2: The instrument should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment, ventilated and dry (avoiding interference from heat sources).
3: Before and after using the instrument, first place the speed control knob in the small position.
4: Fill the culture test bottle. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottles should be filled with approximately equal amounts of culture medium when bottling. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5: The timing for turning on the power is normally closed, and the timing for the entire machine's power supply within 2 hours can be set according to work needs.
6: Turn on the oscillation switch and select the reciprocating, rotating, or slow adjustment speed knob to achieve the desired speed.
7: Turn on the temperature control source switch, and after about 1 minute, the red digital display on the upper row of the instrument panel is 400, and the lower row is 0.0. After 30 seconds of rest, the upper row displays the current actual temperature, and the lower row displays the set temperature. To change the set temperature before leaving the factory, press the/SET key to make the upper row display the word SP, and press the ▲ or ◆ key to make the lower row display the desired set temperature. Then press the/SET key twice to return to the upper actual temperature state, and the instrument will start heating up after a few seconds.
Maintenance and upkeep:
1: Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
Two instruments are operating continuously. Regular inspections should be conducted every three months to check for any water droplets or dirt falling onto the motor and control components; Clean the dust on the axial flow fan; Check the fuse, control components, and fastening screws.
3: The bearings of the transmission part have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium based) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space
4: The natural wear and tear of the instrument after long-term use is a normal phenomenon.
