The ZC mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector adopts a circular structure with uniform force distribution, good anti explosion performance, compact structure, and high-pressure fan for back blowing and dust cleaning. It is not limited by gas source conditions and uses resistance to automatically control back blowing and dust cleaning to save energy and extend the use of cloth bags. It can be installed indoors in cold regions and can be installed outdoors in other regions. It is widely used in industries such as machinery, casting, mining, smelting, building materials, and grain chemical industry.
Users should pay attention to using type A for high temperature, high concentration, and fine particle dust, and type B for the opposite. If the concentration is greater than 15 grams per cubic meter, a cyclone dust collector should be added in front.
Compared with the commonly used pulse bag filter in China, the ZC mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector has the following characteristics:
1. The shell is designed according to the volute shape of the cyclone dust collector, which can play a local cyclone role and reduce the load on the filter bag. The shape of the cylindrical dome is uniform in force and has good blast resistance.
2. The high-pressure fan equipped with the equipment is used for reverse blowing dust cleaning, which is not limited by the air source conditions of the usage site, has fewer vulnerable parts, is easy to maintain and operate, overcomes the disadvantages of compressed air pulse dust cleaning, has a large reverse blowing distance, can use long filter bags, fully utilizes space, and occupies a small area.
3. The ladder shaped flat bags are arranged inside the cylindrical body, with a simple and compact structure, and the filtration area refers to the elevation. Under the action of counter blowing, the trapezoidal flat bag has a large amplitude, and only one vibration is needed to shake off the accumulated dust, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the filter bag.
4. Using the resistance of the bag filter as a signal, it can automatically control the rotation back blowing for dust cleaning, and adjust the cleaning cycle automatically depending on the inlet concentration.
5. The upper cover of this device is divided into multiple pieces and can be opened freely, making bag replacement and maintenance very convenient.
After several designs, the inlet concentration of this device does not need to be limited to 15 grams/m3. Even if it is 150 grams/m3, there is no need to add a cyclone dust collector. This device has the function of a cyclone dust collector, but there is no resistance from the cyclone dust collector. Although this device increases the cost, the selling price will not increase.
7. Except in cold regions, this dust collector can be installed outdoors without the need to build a dust collector room.
Working principle of ZC mechanical rotary back blowing flat bag dust collector:
Filtering condition - The dusty airflow enters the upper space of the filtering chamber tangentially, due to the volute shaped inlet. Large particles and aggregated dust particles spin down the ash hopper along the cylinder wall under centrifugal force. Small particle dust disperses in the gaps between the filter bags in the filtration chamber and is retained by the filter bags. Adhering to the outer layer of the filter bag, purified air passes through the filter wall and collects through the filter bag guide on the flower plate in the clean room, and is sucked out by the ventilation fan and discharged into the atmosphere.
Working condition - As the filtration process progresses, the retained dust gradually thickens, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the filter bag. When the upper limit of the anti blowing control resistance is reached, the anti blowing machine can be manually turned on as needed, or the differential pressure transmitter can send a signal to automatically start the anti blowing machine and the anti blowing rotary arm transmission mechanism for anti blowing. Our company can also provide supporting automatic control devices. A counter blowing airflow with sufficient momentum is blown into the filter bag inlet through the rotary arm nozzle, blocking the filtered airflow and changing the pressure conditions inside the bag, causing substantial vibration of the filter bag and shaking off accumulated dust. Rotate the arm in turns and blow back one by one. When the resistance of the filter bag drops to the lower limit, the anti blowing mechanism is manually turned off or automatically stopped. In order to save the power of the anti blowing mechanism and reduce the anti blowing air volume, the three and four circle (i.e. 144ZC-II20ZC type) bag filter is equipped with a segmented anti blowing mechanism to blow only one filter bag at a time.
