Overview of Z900 DC Motor
The Z900 direct current motor is a newly developed Z-series large suitable current motor by our company, with a center height of 900 millimeters.
The Z900 DC motor has excellent electrical performance, reasonable structure, and small size. The electrical performance and structural installation dimensions of the motor have reached the standards of similar imported motors.
The Z900 DC motor is suitable for driving power machinery that requires extensive speed regulation, such as steel mills and mine hoists Ships, testing equipment, etc.

Z900 DC Motor Product Performance
1. The rated data of the DC motor in the specification table is for the morning continuous working system (S1).
2. The standard rated voltage of electric motors is divided into four levels: 660, 750, 850, and 950 volts. If other levels of voltage are required, they can be negotiated separately.
3. The excitation method of the electric motor is external excitation. The excitation winding has four lead terminals, divided into two groups. When two groups are connected in series, the excitation magnetic pressure is 220 volts; When two groups are connected in parallel, the excitation voltage is 110 volts. The motor allows forced excitation, and the forced excitation voltage shall not exceed 500 volts.
4. The current change rate (di/dt) of the main circuit of the motor is allowed to reach 200 times the rated current per second.
5. The electric motor rotates in one direction, and the standard steering direction is clockwise from the transmission end. If required by the user, it can also be designed to rotate in both directions.
6. The motor outlet box is located on the right side of the machine base from the transmission end.
7. The short-term tripping ability of the electric motor is shown in Figure 1.
Occasional short-term overload capacity refers to the rare occurrence or emergency situation where an electric motor can withstand more than its continuous rated load capacity in one minute. It is recommended to set the instantaneous breaking device of the circuit breaker according to the short-term overload capacity for occasional use.
Frequent use of short-term overload capacity refers to the ability of an electric motor to repeatedly withstand loads exceeding its rated capacity as part of its normal operating cycle.
If the motor needs to be used below the base speed for no more than 15 seconds and with a rated current percentage of 250, consultation with the manufacturer is required.
Structural characteristics of Z900 DC motor
1. The stator and rotor cores of the electric motor are made of high-quality thin steel plates and silicon steel laminated and pressed together, which have good magnetic conductivity and are suitable for fast response rectifier power supply.
2. The insulation level of the electric motor is F level; And subjected to solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment. Winding insulation has good dielectric properties, moisture resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity.
3. The electric motor adopts end cover sliding bearings, with a spherical contact between the bearing seat and the bearing shell, and an insulation layer in between, which has good centering effect.
The bearing is equipped with an electric contact point temperature measuring device or Pt100 platinum resistance temperature measuring element (our factory can provide a bearing oil supply device).
4. PtIOOtfi resistance temperature measuring elements are embedded in the two separate excitation windings and two reversing pole windings of the electric motor.
5. The motor shaft extension end has a grounding brush on the shaft.
6. Protective doors are installed on both sides of the motor commutator end for easy maintenance and replacement of electric brushes.
7. Above the commutator, there is an AC 220V lighting fixture.
8. The electric motor is equipped with an anti condensation heater with a voltage of 220 volts.
9. The structural installation type of the electric motor is M1001.
10. The protection levels of the motor casing are IP22 and IP44.
11. The cooling methods for electric motors include IC17, IC37, and ICW37A86.
If the user requires other structural installation types, shell protection levels, and cooling methods, they can be negotiated separately.
