Overview of YZO series vibration motor products:
The YZO vibration motor is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. The horizontal vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, which use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force. Vibration motors have the advantages of high utilization rate of excitation force, low energy consumption, low noise, long service life, stepless adjustment of excitation force, and easy use. Vibration motors can be applied to general vibration machinery, such as vibration crushers, vibration screening machines, vibration packers, vibration sand falling machines, vibration molding machines, vibration pile drivers, vibration elevators, vibration filling machines, vibration arch breaking and anti blocking devices for silos, and so on. Working principle of YZO series vibration motor:
A vibration motor is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. Main features of YZO series vibration motor:

2. Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance type vibration rather than resonance, it has a stable amplitude.
3. The vibration frequency range is large. The vibration frequency of an electromagnetic exciter is fixed, generally equal to the power step rate, while the vibration frequency of a vibration motor can be widely adjusted by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different paths.
4. It is less affected by power fluctuations, and electromagnetic exciters may experience significant changes in excitation force due to voltage fluctuations. However, in vibration motors, this change is very small.
5. Multiple machine combinations can achieve self synchronization to meet different process requirements.
6. The direction of the excitation force can be changed according to the installation method of the vibration motor.
7. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the excitation force and amplitude can be infinitely adjusted.
8. Maintenance is simple, as it does not use springs like electromagnetic ones, maintenance work such as gap adjustment and weight adjustment can be exempted, and only regular maintenance of bearings is required.
