The YW type unobstructed submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump products developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology and the characteristics of domestic water pump usage. It has significant energy-saving effects, anti winding, non clogging, automatic installation, and automatic control. It has a unique effect in the discharge of solid particles and long fiber waste. This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and mechanical seal, which can effectively transport solids and long fibers. Compared with traditional impellers, the impeller of this pump adopts a single channel form, which is similar to a curved pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow characteristics. Coupled with a reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency. The impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance tests, making the pump operate without vibration.

The main purpose of YW type unobstructed submersible sewage pump

Suitable for the chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, paper industry, cement plant, steel plant, power plant, coal processing industry, as well as the drainage system of urban sewage treatment plants, municipal engineering, construction sites and other industries. Characteristics of YW type unobstructed submersible sewage pump

① Adopting a unique single blade or double blade impeller structure greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

② The mechanical seal is made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material, and the seal is improved to a double end face seal, allowing it to operate in the oil chamber for a long time, which can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.

③ The overall structure is compact, the volume is small, the noise is low, the energy-saving effect is significant, the maintenance is convenient, and there is no need to build a pump room. It can work underwater, greatly reducing the project cost.

④ The sealed oil chamber of the pump is equipped with high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensors, and thermal sensitive elements are embedded in the stator winding to provide absolute protection for the water pump motor.

⑤ According to user needs, a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet can be equipped to provide absolute protection against pump leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.

⑥ The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the required liquid changes, without the need for special supervision, making it extremely convenient to use.

Installation condition requirements

1. Before installation, carefully check whether there are any hard objects inside the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during operation.

2. During installation, pipeline management should not be added to the pump to prevent deformation and affect normal operation.

3. Tighten the anchor bolts to prevent vibration during start-up from affecting the performance of the pump.

4. Install regulating valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and install pressure gauges near the pump outlet to control the pump's operation within rated conditions and ensure its normal use.
