1、 Combining high precision and high reliability

The AI series instruments have excellent measurement and control performance, especially suitable for assembling high-performance thyristor electric furnace temperature control cabinets. Due to the modular structure, it brings convenience to the design of electric furnace control cabinets. For example, its output can be equipped with a thyristor trigger module with "burn-in" characteristics, which can directly trigger various unidirectional and bidirectional thyristors and power modules using time proportional zero crossing, frequency zero crossing, or phase shifting methods, saving the cost of thyristor frequency regulators or phase shifting regulators, simplifying installation, and improving reliability.

The alarm output can be selected as a relay contact switch or a thyristor contactless switch. When an overtemperature alarm occurs, the AC contactor is controlled to cut off the power supply to the heater, which can protect the safety of the electric furnace even if the thyristor is broken down. The optional RS485 communication interface can easily work online with a computer. Compared with electric furnace control cabinets with equivalent functions, the AI series has a simple circuit and modular structure, making maintenance and expansion of functions very convenient.

Yudian has many years of rich experience in the design and manufacturing of thyristor electric furnace control cabinets, and can provide single-phase specifications of 15A-100A and three-phase specifications of 25A-500A, for single-phase 15A, 25A, 40A; Three phase 25A, 55A and other specifications are available in stock, while 55A-500A can be customized, with typical control accuracy up to ± 0.1 ℃ - ± 0.5 ℃. In addition, a temperature control cabinet dedicated to crystal growth is also provided, which has been specially optimized and improved. Its operating temperature range is 0-1100 ℃ (using S-scale thermocouples), with a control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃ and a temperature drift of less than ± 0.2 ℃ when the ambient temperature change is less than ± 0.5 ℃. It is a high-precision and highly stable temperature controller. Since 1996, more than 20000 sets of control cabinets have been sold, with a cumulative repair rate of less than 0.3% for thyristors or instruments.

2、 Functional Features

1. The shell is precision stamped with cold rolled plate and treated with spray coating on the surface, which has the advantages of beauty and lightness.

2. Zero crossing triggering or phase-shifting triggering can be selected. When using zero crossing triggering, the high-frequency interference to the power grid is minimal.

3. There are various instrument specifications available for optional installation, commonly including AI-716, AI-719 with manual adjustment function, and AI-719P with program control function.

4. Additional functions such as motor control, alarm and power-off control can be provided.

5. Unless specified by the customer, except for the single-phase 15A specification using ST's 40A bidirectional thyristor, all other thyristors are controlled by IXYS power modules from Germany; AC contactors, air switches, thermal relays, indicator lights, button switches, etc. are all products of Shanghai Schneider Electric (TE) company.
