3. Usage operation
3.1. Forward detection
Unscrew the plugs on the connectors of output 1 and output 2, and fine tune them
Go to the appropriate position (middle position). Open the overpressure cut-off valve, cut-off valve, and pressure stabilizing valve on the water cup. Use force to operate the lever until there are no bubbles in the water cup. Close the cut-off valve and pressure stabilizing valve on the water cup. Gently operate the lever to direct the pressure liquid (or water) to the two pressure output ports. Reinstall the standard meter and the verified meter, operate the lever to increase the pressure to around the verification point, use fine-tuning to adjust to the verification point, and test point by point until the full range is reached. After verification, open the stabilizing valve, shut-off valve, and overpressure shut-off valve on the water cup in sequence.
3.2. Return Inspection
According to the regulations, after two readings at full range, slowly reduce the voltage to the calibration point with a fine adjustment, and test point by point until zero. When the adjustment cannot reduce the pressure, you can gently open the relief valve to reduce the pressure.
3.3. When the pressure drops slowly under high pressure, close the stabilizing valve. (First, use fine-tuning to adjust the pressure to around 75MPa, stabilize it for 1-3 minutes, and then slowly adjust it to 60MPa)
4. Precautions
4.1 The pressure pump should be placed on a flat and easy to operate table, avoiding use in environments with highly corrosive gases and dust particles.
4.2 The tested instrument should be properly cleaned to prevent stains from entering the detection circuit.
4.3 Output 1 and Output 2 connectors are specialized quick couplings with sealed end faces,
When installing the instrument, there is no need to use any tools. Tighten it evenly, and when the sealing surfaces are tightly attached to each other, tighten it 1-2 turns.
4.4 The output 1 and output 2 connectors are composed of upper and lower parts. When using, it is necessary to regularly check whether the lower locking screw is connected reliably. If the connection is not reliable, it may cause breakage under high pressure.
When the pressure generated by the lever is heavy, please use a fine adjustment to increase the pressure, which will be easier.
