Aniline point analyzer based onThe principle of U-tube method is to use the photoelectric effect to determine the aniline point when it arrives. During the experiment, an equal volume of aniline and test oil are injected from the injection port. Under the drive of the stirrer, the mixed sample flows from the lower part of the branch pipe into the upper part of the branch pipe through the flat chamber, and continues to circulate. The projector projects light in the vertical direction towards the flat chamber of the branch pipe, and the light beam passes through the flat chamber and is received by the receiver on the opposite side. The sample is heated with electricity, and the temperature gradually increases. When the temperature reaches a certain value, the sample is completely dissolved and transparent. The heating is immediately turned off to allow the sample to cool down. When the sample begins to appear turbid, immediately record the temperature of the sample as the aniline point. The instrument has the characteristics of stable performance, high accuracy, and precision. After the instrument is turned on, the laboratory personnel can also perform other experiments, which improves work efficiency.
