》Start and stop the cooler according to temperature and load
When the upper oil temperature of the operating transformer is higher than 55 degrees (user setting) or the current relay on the transformer protection screen is activated (80% load user setting), the "auxiliary" state cooler will be put into operation. When the temperature drops to 45 degrees, the "auxiliary" state cooler will exit operation. If any group in the "working" or "auxiliary" state fails during operation, the "standby" cooler will be put into operation, and a remote signal of "cooler failure" will be sent to display the fault content nearby. After repairing the fault, the "standby" state of the cooler exits operation, the fault signal disappears, and the fault record is saved.
》The cooler stops completely, delays tripping
When the transformer is running, if the power supply of sections I and II disappears and all coolers exit operation, a remote signal of "cooler full stop fault" will be sent out. At the same time, a 20 minute and 60 minute delay trip will be initiated. When the upper oil temperature of the main transformer is higher than 70 degrees (set by the user), the trip outlet will be triggered after 20 minutes; When the upper oil temperature of the main transformer is lower than 70 degrees (set by the user), the outlet will trip after 60 minutes.
》Cooling mode scheduled rotation
Running the motor at an ambient temperature of 60 ° C to 70 ° C can easily cause premature deterioration of the bearing grease of the "working" group fan motor, resulting in frequent burnout of this group of fan motors. Therefore, a scheduled rotation function for the cooler operation mode has been designed, which automatically rotates the cooler operation mode according to the time set on the touch screen, allowing each group of coolers to alternate between "working" modes.
》Regular rotation of power supply

Multiple sets of coolers are allocated as "working", "standby", and "auxiliary" states according to the needs of variable voltage operation; When the transformer is running, the "working" state cooler is put into operation.
