Principle and Function

The operating parameters are set through the touch screen, and the corresponding mode of the cooler is activated and deactivated according to the top-level oil temperature and operating load signal. The fault information during operation is remotely transmitted through the communication port or fault contact, and the information is sorted and stored on the touch screen. The working power supply and cooler operation mode can also be automatically rotated at regular intervals.Intelligent transformer air cooling controlThe cabinet has achieved control automation, status informatization, and humanized display and operation.

Dual power supply and mutual backup. When the power supply of section I or II disappears, the backup power supply will automatically be put into operation, and a remote signal of "I power failure" or "II power failure" will be sent to display the fault content nearby. After the fault is repaired, the signal disappears and the fault record is saved.


Start and stop the cooler according to temperature and load

When the upper oil temperature of the operating transformer is higher than 55 degrees (user setting) or the current relay on the transformer protection screen is activated (80% load user setting), the "auxiliary" state cooler will be put into operation. When the temperature drops to 45 degrees, the "auxiliary" state cooler will exit operation. If any group in the "working" or "auxiliary" state fails during operation, the "standby" cooler will be put into operation, and a remote signal of "cooler failure" will be sent to display the fault content nearby. After repairing the fault, the "standby" state of the cooler exits operation, the fault signal disappears, and the fault record is saved.


The cooler stops completely, delays tripping

When the transformer is running, if the power supply of sections I and II disappears and all coolers exit operation, a remote signal of "cooler full stop fault" will be sent out. At the same time, a 20 minute and 60 minute delay trip will be initiated. When the upper oil temperature of the main transformer is higher than 70 degrees (set by the user), the trip outlet will be triggered after 20 minutes; When the upper oil temperature of the main transformer is lower than 70 degrees (set by the user), the outlet will trip after 60 minutes.


Cooling mode scheduled rotation

Running the motor at an ambient temperature of 60 ° C to 70 ° C can easily cause premature deterioration of the bearing grease of the "working" group fan motor, resulting in frequent burnout of this group of fan motors. Therefore, a scheduled rotation function for the cooler operation mode has been designed, which automatically rotates the cooler operation mode according to the time set on the touch screen, allowing each group of coolers to alternate between "working" modes.


Regular rotation of power supply

I. The power supply of Section II can be used in a timed rotation according to the time set on the touch screen.


Coolers start up

Multiple sets of coolers are allocated as "working", "standby", and "auxiliary" states according to the needs of variable voltage operation; When the transformer is running, the "working" state cooler is put into operation. If any set of "working" state coolers fails, the "standby" state cooler will be put into operation, and a remote signal of "cooler failure" will be sent to display the fault content nearby. After repairing the fault, the "standby" state cooler exits operation, the fault signal disappears, and the fault record is saved.


Fault Alarm

When a fault is detected in the cold control cabinet, an alarm signal will be issued: power failure in section I, power failure in section II, cooler failure, complete cooler shutdown, loss of control power or PLC failure, etc. The alarm forms are: passive contact and serial communication.


Fault records and information inquiry

In addition to completing the parameter setting function, the touch screen can also record the specific content of the fault occurrence, such as the time of fault occurrence, fault recovery time, and fault content. Click on the fault content bar to view the analysis of the fault content.


Automatic control of temperature and humidity inside the box

A temperature and humidity controller has been installed to automatically control the moisture content and air temperature based on the ambient temperature and humidity inside the box.
