8. Mechanical seals are made of materials such as stainless steel, tungsten carbide, and fluororubber, which are resistant to high temperatures and pressures, have a long service life, no leakage, and no wear on the shaft, ensuring a clean working environment.
9. The pump cover has a unique structural design. Simply remove the claw type elastic coupling and pump cover nut to easily remove the bearing seat, pump cover, pump shaft, impeller and other components for replacing the mechanical seal and impeller, without the need to disassemble the motor, pump body and pipeline, making maintenance convenient and fast.

1. The high working pressure of the pump system is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa
When the pump head and working pressure are greater than 1.6 MPa, they should be separately specified in the order, so that the overcurrent components and connecting components of the pump can be made of cast steel during manufacturing.

(1) Maintenance during operation
1. The imported pipeline must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time in a cavitation state.
2. Regularly check the motor current value and ensure it does not exceed the rated current of the motor.
3. After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection, and vulnerable parts can be replaced if necessary. The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.
(2) Mechanical seal maintenance
1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles.
2. Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions.
3. Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to avoid sudden starting causing damage to the graphite ring.
4. The allowable deviation for seal leakage is 3 drops/minute, otherwise maintenance should be carried out.
precautions
1. Install gear oil pump:
a. Before installation, it is necessary to check whether the pump has been damaged during transportation, such as whether the motor has been affected by moisture, whether the dust covers at the pump inlet and outlet are damaged, and whether dirt has entered the pump chamber.
b. Before installing the pipeline, the inner wall of the pipeline should be cleaned with clean water or steam. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should be avoided from being borne by the pump, so as not to affect the accuracy and service life of the pump.
c. Gear oil pump should be located as close as possible to the oil tank; The connection parts of the pipeline must not leak air or liquid, otherwise there may be a phenomenon of not being able to absorb liquid.
d. To prevent particles, impurities, and other contaminants from entering the pump, a metal filter screen should be installed at the suction port with a filtration accuracy of 30 mesh/in, and the filtration area should be more than three times the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe.
e. It is recommended to install vacuum and pressure gauges on the import and export pipelines to monitor the working status of the pump.
f. When the oil pool is deep, the suction pipeline is long, or the medium viscosity is high, causing excessive vacuum, the inlet pipe can be thickened by one gear. When the oil suction pipeline is long, a bottom valve should also be installed.
2. Inspection of gear oil pump before operation:
a. Are the fasteners of the pump secure.
b. Whether the rotation of the active shaft is uniform and consistent in weight.
c. Is the valve of the inlet and outlet pipeline open.
d. Whether the rotation direction of the pump meets the requirements.
e. Before initial use, an appropriate amount of medium should be injected into the pump.
3. Maintenance of gear oil pump during operation:
a. Note that the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge of the gear oil pump should comply with the technical specifications specified for the pump.
b. When there is abnormal noise or high temperature rise during the operation of the gear oil pump, the pump should be stopped immediately for inspection.
c. In general, safety valves should not be adjusted arbitrarily. If adjustment is necessary, instruments should be used for calibration. Make the cut-off pressure of the safety valve equal to that of the pump
d. 1.5-2 times the rated pressure. 4. Pump stop
