1. The oleic acid value analyzer adopts the principle of neutralization method, and at room temperature, it is automatically controlled by a microcomputer to complete liquid addition, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination.
2. Adopting a touch sensitive LCD screen to select all working parameters, the human-machine dialogue interface is simple and friendly, easy to operate, and the average oil sample analysis cycle is about 2 minutes. It can display up to 35 sets of measurement results separately and print out multiple parameters related to the measurement.
3. Special reagent bottles are used to contain extraction and neutralization solutions. The extraction solution is stored in a glass container to ensure no plastic additive pollutants. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles, completely avoiding the possibility of reaction between caustic potassium and glass.
4. We have independently developed a neutralization liquid equilibrium gas-solid purification device, which completely avoids the influence of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the concentration of the neutralization liquid,
