YCR-205B fluorescence method dissolved oxygen analyzer is a commonly used instrument and equipment, mainly used to determine dissolved oxygen in water, widely used in industry, agriculture, scientific research, environmental protection and other fields. The fluorescence method dissolved oxygen measuring instrument adopts advanced fluorescence method to replace traditional membrane electrodes, without replacing the membrane and filling the electrolyte, reducing maintenance workload and improving work reliability, especially suitable for harsh working conditions in the field of sewage treatment. In addition, fluorescence sensors do not consume oxygen, so there are no requirements for flow rate and agitation, and they are not affected by substances such as sulfides.
Detection Principle
The fluorescence method dissolved oxygen analyzer is based on the quenching principle of specific substances' active fluorescence in physics. The modulated green light is irradiated onto the fluorescent substance to excite it and emit red light. Due to the quenching effect, oxygen ions can carry away energy, so the time and intensity of exciting red light are inversely proportional to the concentration of oxygen molecules. We used a red light source synchronized with green light as a reference, measured the phase difference between the excitation light and the reference light, and compared it with the internal calibration value to calculate the concentration of oxygen molecules. After temperature compensation, we output the final value.
