1、 Main functions:

The YAW-3000T pressure testing machine is controlled by a microcomputer and automatically completes the testing process with constant speed loading. It can be used smoothly and horizontally after landing. 1 Host

Using a single wire rod host placed under the oil cylinder, the testing space can be easily adjusted. The structure is shown in Figure 1.

2 Transmission System

The lifting of the crossbeam is achieved by manually rotating the handwheel and screw to adjust the test space.

3 Hydraulic system

The hydraulic principle is shown in Figure 2, which is a load adaptive oil inlet throttling speed control system.

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by a motor to enter the oil circuit through a high-pressure gear pump, and flows through a one-way valve10 μ high-pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve group, servo valve, enter the oil cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow into the oil cylinder and achieving control of constant speed test force, constant speed displacement, etc.

4 Control System

The PC fully digital control system realizes closed-loop control of test force and test process, with control functions such as constant speed test force and test force maintenance, as well as screen display functions for test force, peak value, and test curve. It can complete the data processing of the test according to standard requirements. The expert system for intelligent setting of full mouse input operation and control mode enables arbitrary setting of control modes and smooth switching between various control modes, giving the system maximum flexibility. The ASCII file storage of multi-channel parameters is used for simulation reproduction of experimental processes and reanalysis of experimental data. The fully digital programmable amplifier ensures that zeroing and shifting are all automatically performed by the computer. The software system fully utilizes the powerful functions of computer virtual instruments. The display function of multiple test curves and the function of saving test parameters throughout the entire process ensure the reprocessing and network operation of test data.
