The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
The Y6-41 kiln induced draft fan is another new series of products developed by the teaching and research team of Tsinghua University. This series of fans has low noise, high performance, smooth operation of the transmission group, high reliability of the fan, and long service life of the mechanism. The drum induced draft fan system is suitable for industrial kilns that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. The medium conveyed by the blower is air, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 80oC, and the medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, with a maximum temperature not exceeding 250oC.
