Detailed introduction:

The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.

The Y5-48 type kiln centrifugal induced draft fan is designed to be compatible with industrial kilns (1-20T/h) that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke removal devices. Anyone with equivalent inlet conditions and suitable performance can choose a maximum temperature not exceeding 250 ℃. A dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve its lifespan.

The induced draft mechanism is single suction. There are six machine numbers: No.4, No.5, No.6.3, No.8, No.10, and No.12.5. The fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the fan casing. The "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °. This fan consists of an impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door, transmission group, and other parts.

Impeller: It has 12 backward inclined flat blades, made of 16Mn material, welded between the arc-shaped conical wheel cover and the flat plate disc. After static and dynamic balance correction, it runs smoothly and has high strength.

Shell: Welded into a snail shell shaped integral structure with steel plates, fixed on the inlet side of the shell with bolts.

Air inlet: made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed on the inlet side of the casing with bolts.

Adjustment door: The adjustment door blades are flower shaped and can be rotated from "left" to "right" for sizes 8 and above. There is also a dust cleaning door on the snail plate, which facilitates the removal of accumulated dust on the blades and inside the casing, ensuring the balance and aerodynamics of the impeller

Transmission group: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, using rolling bearings and a water-cooled integrated bearing box. Therefore, it is important to install water pipes, and the water consumption varies with the ambient temperature, generally ranging from 0.5 to 1 m3. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator, and the lubricating oil is No. 30 engine oil. Add oil according to the requirements of the oil level mark.
