1. Purpose
The Y5-47II 'type boiler centrifugal induced draft fan is suitable for 02-20t/h boilers that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. It can be used for boilers with similar inlet conditions and suitable performance. But the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃;
2. Form and Characteristics
(1) Form
1) The induced draft mechanism is single suction, with 11 machine numbers including No.3.15, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.9, 10, 11, 12, and 12.4.
2) The induced draft fan can be made in two forms: left rotation or right rotation. Looking at the fan from one end of the transmission group, if the blades rotate clockwise, it is called right rotation, represented by "right". Counter clockwise rotation is called left rotation, represented by "left".
3) The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" are made into three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
4) The transmission mode of the fan is C type and D type, and the connection between the motor and the fan is achieved through pulley transmission and elastic coupling direct transmission.
(2) Characteristics
The Y5-47II fan is an improved product based on the original Y5-47 fan. The total pressure internal efficiency of the fan at the optimal operating point is 85.6%, and the noise index (A-level) is 12.5dB
The Y5-47II fan has undergone a series of improvements compared to the original Y5-47 fan, resulting in a significant reduction in noise levels. In order to better meet the requirements of boiler matching, a new No.3.15C (equipped with 0.2-0.5t/h boilers) has been added! 4D (equipped with 0.7-1t/h boiler)! 5D (2t/h boiler)! 6D (with 4t/h boiler)! 7C (equipped with 4t/h and 6t/h boilers)! 10D (equipped with a 6-ton/h boiler)! 11D (equipped with a 10t/h boiler) has a total of 7 types of 1l boilers.
In the current industrial boiler series, there are many models that use high-quality coal, and the resistance of dust collectors and installation pipelines varies. The required air volume and air pressure of the induced draft fan differ greatly. In order to apply the above situation, considering the economy and smooth and reliable operation of the fan, the fan adopts two transmission methods: D type and C type (i.e. coupling and V-belt transmission). Among them, boilers with a capacity of 0.7~20t/h are matched with D-type driven induced draft fans, and boilers with a capacity of 0.2~10t/h are matched with C-type driven induced draft fans. For V-belt transmission units, they can change the spindle speed according to the actual situation to obtain the ideal air volume and air pressure.
3. Structural characteristics
The fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, and a regulating door;
(1) The impeller has 12 backward inclined flat blades made of Q345 (16Mn) material, which are welded between the arc-shaped conical wheel cover and the flat disc, and have undergone balance correction. Therefore, it runs smoothly, has high strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
(2. The casing is welded into a snail shaped shell with steel plates. It can be rotated from "left" or "right" to "universal" from No. 8 or above.).
(3) The main shaft of the transmission group is made of high-quality steel and adopts ball bearings (low-noise bearings are used for No.3.15-7). Two parallel bearing seats are used, and No. 2 calcium sodium based grease and fan blades are used for self cooling. The structure is simple.

(4) The air inlet is a convergent and divergent type, which is made into a whole structure and fixed at the entrance of the casing with bolts.

1. Purpose
The Y5-48 boiler centrifugal fan is designed to adapt to the use of various coal qualities and is equipped with smoke and dust removal devices for 1-2t/h industrial boilers
Designed in a set. Anything with comparable intake conditions and suitable performance can be selected. The maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ℃, and a dust removal device with an efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed before the induced draft fan to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan and improve its service life.
2. Type
(1) The induced draft mechanism is single suction. There are six machine numbers: No.4, No.5, No.6.3, No.8, No.10, and No.12.5.
(2) The induced draft fan can be made into two types: right-handed or left-handed. Facing the fan from the side of the electric motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right cyclone fan, represented by "right"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a left cyclone, represented by "left".
(3) The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the fan casing. The 'left' and 'right' fans can be made into six angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
3. Structural characteristics
At present, there are many industrial boiler series, and the quality of coal used varies greatly. The resistance of the dust collector used varies, resulting in significant differences in the required air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economy of the fans, V-belt (C-type) transmission is adopted, which can meet the requirements of various dust collectors for the same tonnage boiler configuration with one machine number and different speeds, reducing the series and machine numbers of fans, and also facilitating the use of units to choose different speeds according to actual situations to obtain the desired ideal air volume and pressure.

There is also a dust cleaning door on the snail plate to facilitate the removal of accumulated dust on the blades and inside the casing, ensuring the balance and aerodynamic performance of the impeller.
(3) The air inlet is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure and fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
(4) The regulating gate leaves are petal shaped, with 9 leaves for No.4-63 and 11 leaves for No.8 and above. Installed axially in front of the air inlet.
Due to the use of an external transmission structure, the rotation is flexible and convenient. The adjustment range is from 0 ° (fully open) to 90 ° (fully closed). The lever position of the adjustment door is on the right side when viewed from the direction of the air inlet. For the "right" cyclone machine, pushing the lever from bottom to top is in the direction from fully closed to fully open, while for the "left" cyclone machine, pulling the lever from top to bottom is in the direction from fully closed to fully open. To ensure the normal operation of all parts of the regulating door, it is necessary to lubricate them well. The lubricating grease adopts molybdenum disulfide high-temperature (260 ℃) lubricating grease, which can ensure the lubrication effect of the fan during high-temperature operation.
(5) The transmission system consists of a main shaft, bearing housing, and pulleys. The spindle is made of high-quality steel and uses ball bearings The water-cooled integral bearing box requires the installation of a water supply pipe. The water consumption varies with different environmental temperatures. Generally, the bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and oil level indicator at a rate of 0.5-1m3/h. The full loss system is used to lubricate with oil L-AN46, and the amount of oil added is according to the requirements of the oil level mark.
