Xpert for regulatory projects
Monitor the compliance of products with consumer safety and RoHS regulations
The Xpert, designed for consumer products and RoHS compliance monitoring projects, is a user-friendly pocket sized and lightweight XRF analyzer that can provide accurate pass/fail results within seconds. This analyzer can be operated completely independently of an external PC and can be powered by a battery, making it easy to carry to any location for testing.
The XP-6500-CC Xpert for regulatory projects is a compact and portable X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzer optimized for consumer products and RoHS compliance regulatory projects. The sample chamber of this analyzer is bright and visible, operated by touch buttons, equipped with a built-in camera, and users can also choose the size of the analysis point.
The execution level for determining whether a product complies with consumer products and/or RoHS regulations (quick pass/fail results) has been pre configured. The Xpert used for consumer products/RoHS regulations has a secure enclosed ray configuration, and its operation can be completely independent of an external PC. This analyzer can be powered by batteries and is lightweight, making it easy to carry to any location for testing operations at any time.
Compliant with various global regulatory requirements
Xpert, used for various regulatory projects, is a cost-effective XRF analyzer that can quickly complete precise detection. This optimized analyzer can analyze lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), mercury (Hg), chromium (Cr), and other toxic elements in metals, plastics, and mixed materials. It can provide detection limits for most materials that are completely within typical regulatory limits. This analyzer can not only detect products at retail locations, but also screen imported/exported toys, jewelry, clothing, electronic products, and other consumer products at loading and unloading docks and production sites to avoid the harm of toxic goods to consumers.
Reliable performance and easy operation
Regulatory personnel and industrial enterprises with vested interests rely on XRF analyzers for rapid screening of products and components to monitor their compliance with CPSIA, RoHS, WEEE, EN71-3, and other regulations. Before the EU RoHS directive came into effect in July 2006, Oympus worked closely with industry stakeholders to provide them with an almost perfect XRF testing experience to meet upcoming regulatory requirements. Olympus will continue to monitor the development of global regulatory requirements to ensure that the analyzers it produces and the technologies it utilizes keep pace with regulatory requirements. In addition, we will continue to maintain contact with industrial and compliance regulatory authorities that use XRF for testing, in order to meet and exceed the expectations of these customers through the technological advancements and value-added features of XRF analyzers.
The operation of the analyzer is very simple and intuitive. The user will place the inspected sample directly on the analysis window, or place the smaller sample in the appropriate direction on the sample fixing clip. Close the inspection hatch cover and press "Start" to obtain the inspection results. The micro dot collimator function is used for very small samples or for detecting small areas on the sample. The digital image of the sample can be stored and/or transmitted directly to the printer in report format along with the analysis results, completely independent of an external PC.

High quality performance
Camera and collimator
The Xpert has a built-in CMOS camera that can capture clear images of the sample. Users can save sample images and analysis results together in memory for the purpose of generating reports. The X-ray beam micro point collimation function is used to measure smaller components or samples. Simply click on the camera icon on the touch screen to activate the 3mm diameter micro point collimation function or the 10mm diameter standard point collimation function. The indicator on the screen indicates the exact location of the analysis point

The built-in CMOS camera records the sample image into memory. |

Customize reports and produce certificates of conformityXpert's PC report creation software allows users to customize reports on-site and generate reports immediately. The reports can include analysis results, qualitative sample information, spectral information, and sample images. The archive files of Xpert have traceability, making this analyzer an ideal tool for completing the Reasonable Testing Project (RTP). |

Intelligent classification
Xpert can automatically determine the type of sample material (polymer, alloy, or mixture) and optimize measurement conditions based on the material type. The analyzer can identify non-homogeneous (mixed) samples and alert operators. It is crucial to complete foolproof operations. Xpert can also determine whether the lead (Pb) element is on the material surface or in the material substrate.
