1. Function Introduction
1) Based on the rotation degree and number of turns of the winding wheel, the position of the wiring is controlled by the stepper motor controller program, and the speed of the winding wheel determines the speed of the wiring controller. Simultaneously, the direction of the wiring is changed by the travel switches on both sides. Realize fully automatic and precise control of wiring.
2) Equipped with a Chinese LCD display and buttons, it can display operating status, cable direction, number of cable turns, etc.
3) You can set the stepper motor speed, wire diameter, encoder constant, pulse constant, wire spacing, starting direction, and manual control through buttons.
4) It has 5 buttons: confirm, move up, move down, add, subtract. Used to modify parameters.
5) The starter motor runs in the starting direction and continues to move along with the working cable of the winding wheel.
6) Equipped with power-off data storage function, saving the set parameters after power failure;
7) Manual pause and run: Display the current running status and manually pause by pressing the button;
8) Equipped with direction indicator lights for running/stopping and sliding table movement.
9) Equipped with express delivery buttons for wire diameter increase, wire diameter decrease, return to origin, slide table left shift, and slide table right shift.
