5、 Instructions for using XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump:
1. Before using the XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump, please remove the exhaust cap and check the oil level to ensure that it is not lower than the oil level line. If it is lower than the oil level line, it should be refueled in a timely manner (this pump uses HFV-100 high-speed vacuum pump oil, which can also be replaced by 32 # mechanical oil);
2. Remove the intake cap of the XZ type direct connected vacuum pump and connect it to the container being pumped. The pipeline used should be short, sealed reliably, and there should be no leakage;
3. Plug in the power plug and turn on the switch to use it;
4. After using the XZ type direct connected vacuum pump, promptly unplug the power and plug it in, remove the connecting pipes, and cover the intake and exhaust caps tightly.
6、 Precautions for XZ type direct connected vacuum pump:

9、 Maintenance of XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump:
① Keep the XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump clean to prevent debris from entering the pump;
② Maintain the oil level and strictly prohibit operation without oil;
③ Pay attention to the cleanliness of the oil. If the pump oil becomes dirty, cloudy, or contains water or other volatile substances that affect the ultimate vacuum, it should be replaced in a timely manner. When replacing the new oil, start the pump and run it for 30 minutes to make the oil thinner. Stop the pump and drain the oil from the drain hole. Then open the inlet and run for 1-2 minutes. During this time, add a small amount of clean pump oil from the inlet to replace the oil stored in the pump chamber of the XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump. Repeat several times to confirm that the pump is clean, then install the drain plug and inject clean pump oil from the oil filling hole until the oil level line is reached;
④ When the XZ type direct coupled vacuum pump is not used for a long time, it should be covered with inlet and exhaust caps and placed in a dry place, paying attention to moisture and rust prevention;
