The new era of easy-to-use, multifunctional, and multi-purpose X-ray diffractometers!

X-ray diffractometer can perform non-destructive analysis of samples in the atmosphere, including qualitative analysis of substances, determination of lattice constants, and stress measurement. Moreover, quantitative analysis can be conducted through peak area calculation.
Various analyses such as particle size/crystallinity/precision X-ray structure analysis can be conducted through half width, peak shape, etc.

Equipped with a high-precision sample horizontal angle measuring instrument with a minimum step of 0.0001 °. According to the analysis purpose, L-type (maximum 350mm diameter sample) and universal S-type suitable for analyzing large samples can be selected.

·The XRD-7000 series is equipped with a sample level angle measuring instrument, which can measure ultra large samples.

·Not only can it be used for qualitative/quantitative basic analysis, but it can also be applied to residual austenite quantification, environmental quantification, precision of lattice constants, calculation of crystallinity, calculation of crystal particle size and lattice stress, determination of crystal system, and crystal structure analysis using Rietveid structural analysis software. By adding attachments, it can also be applied to stress measurement, analysis of sample heating process, thin film sample measurement, etc.

·The newly developed large-scale R - θ sample stage can be used for automatic stress mapping measurement of the entire surface of samples with a maximum diameter of 350mm.

·Adopting a powerful multi capillary parallel beam system, it can analyze samples with different concave and convex shapes, expanding its application range.

Set the sample position on the R - θ sample stage image page, and once activated, it can automatically perform image analysis and calculate stress analysis results. It is also possible to perform stitching and other processing on the segmented measurement results. In addition, the stress analysis results can also be displayed graphically.

The following figure shows the stress diagram of the brake disc. The distribution of Fe211 is clear at a glance.
