The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.

XQI, XQII type inclined slot high-pressure centrifugal fan
1. Purpose of the fan
The XQI and XQII high-pressure centrifugal fans are inclined slot fans specially designed by Zibo Korfu Fan Co., Ltd. for cement kiln systems. This fan can also be used for blowing air in various iron furnaces, melting furnaces, and forging furnaces. The materials can be divided into Q235 material, 16Mn material, and special aluminum impeller material after discharge. The XQ series cement plant specific inclined slot fan produced by our company has high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and long service life. It is widely used in air inclined slot manufacturers and cement manufacturers, and exported to Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan and Pakistan. Before leaving the factory, the fan undergoes dynamic and static balance tests on the blades. The blades have strong rigidity and are also suitable for conveying air and non corrosive, unnatural, and non viscous gases. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80 ° C, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
2. Fan form
1) Both XQI and XQII fans are single suction fans with A-type transmission.
2) Both XQI and XQII fans can be made into two forms of clockwise or counterclockwise rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise cyclone fan, represented by "clockwise"; Rotating counterclockwise is called a counter cyclone machine, represented by "reverse".
3) The position of the fan outlet is represented by the angle of the casing outlet. Both "forward" and "reverse" fans can be made into five angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, and 180 °.
3. Structural characteristics
The XQI and XQII high-pressure centrifugal fans are composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and machine bases.
1) Impeller: The blade shape is designed according to the new high-efficiency forward fan theory. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
2) Shell: Welding a regular steel plate into a snail shaped shell.
3) Air inlet: Welded into a convergent streamline structure with ordinary steel plates, it has good flow performance.
4. Performance and Selection
The performance parameters in the XQI and XQII fan performance tables are calculated based on air at a temperature of t=20 ℃, atmospheric pressure of P=101325Pa, and gas density of 1.2kg/m3. If the usage conditions do not meet the above conditions, the performance parameters should be calculated according to the relevant parameters.
