1. Purpose:
XQI type, XQII type high-pressure centrifugal fan is a specially designed inclined slot fan for cement kiln systems. This fan can also be used as various iron furnaces, melting furnaces, forging furnaces, etc
Used for blast furnace blowing, but only suitable for conveying air and gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, non explosive, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature should not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium should not exceed 150mg/m3.
2. Type
1. Both XQI and XQII fans are single suction, with transmission mode of type A.
Both XQI type and XQI type fans can be made to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise. From one end of the motor, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise cyclone machine, represented by "clockwise", and vice versa, it is called a counterclockwise cyclone machine, represented by "counterclockwise".
3. The position of the fan outlet is represented by the angle of the casing outlet, which is usually made into five angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, and 180 °.

3. Structural features
XQI and XQII fans are composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, and machine bases.
Design a new high-efficiency forward wind mechanism for impellers and blade shaped eucalyptus. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes static and dynamic balance correction and phase velocity operation test, so it runs smoothly and reliably.
