XNX cyclone dust collector is a dry dust collector that uses bag filter elements made of fiber woven materials to capture solid particles in dusty gases.

The XNX cyclone dust collector is a cow horn curved cone inclined bottom type dust collector. The inlet dust concentration should be less than 50 grams/m ³, the inlet velocity should not be less than 18 meters/second, and the dust particles should not exceed 1 millimeter. It is suitable for general industrial ventilation and dust removal systems, heavy material recovery in industrial exhaust gas, such as metallurgy, power, mechanical processing, petrochemical, building materials and other departments. After adding appropriate internal weighing, it can be used in places with high wear or corrosion, but viscous dust cannot be used.

The correct use and operation of XNX cyclone dust collector:

1. Preparation work before starting the cyclone dust collector

(1) Check the air tightness of the cyclone dust collector and flue, dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharge device, ash conveying device and other joint parts, and eliminate the phenomenon of ash leakage and air leakage.

(2) Close the baffle valve, start the ventilation fan, and gradually open the baffle valve until there are no abnormal phenomena, so that the dust collector can pass the specified amount of dusty gas.

2. Technical requirements for runtime

(1) Pay attention to changes in easily worn areas such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder.

(3) Pay attention to changes in pressure difference and the condition of smoke discharge. Because wear and corrosion can cause perforation of the dust collector and result in dust emissions, it can lead to a decrease in dust removal efficiency, deterioration of exhaust smoke color, and changes in pressure difference.

(4) Pay attention to whether the airtightness of each part of the cyclone dust collector is good, and regularly check the changes in the gas flow rate and dust concentration of the cyclone tube.

3. Technical work after homework

(1) To prevent dust adhesion and corrosion, the operation of the dust collector can only be stopped after it is replaced by clean air inside.

(2) Eliminate dust adhering to the inner cylinder, outer cylinder, and blades, as well as dust inside the ash hopper.

(3) Repair perforations caused by wear and corrosion.

(4) Check the airtightness of each part and replace the sealing components when necessary.
