2. Operation method:
1) After connecting the power supply, sensors, and control circuits according to the wiring diagram, the instrument will first start self checking according to the program
All digital tube strokes and indicator lights (except for OUT light) are lit up to check if the lighting system is working properly. If any issues are detected at this time
There are luminous components that cannot be illuminated. Please stop using the instrument for repair (this process only lasts for 0.5 seconds) and then put it into normal measurement and control mode
The PV window displays the measured values, while the SV window in the lower row displays the set values;
2) Modify the set value: Please hold down the SET button for 3 seconds in normal display measurement mode. When the decimal point appears in the SV window, this will

3) To modify parameter values other than the set values: Please hold down the (SET+▲) key for 3 seconds in normal display mode to enter the internal system

4) Self tuning: First, set the set value, then enter the secondary menu, set AT to 1, the AT light will turn on, and the instrument panel will enter the self setting mode
In the setting state, the instrument is in position control mode, and the PID parameters are automatically hidden. The hysteresis is set to around 0.5-1, and after three oscillations, it oscillates up and down
Afterwards, the instrument determines new parameters such as P, I, D and saves them. The AT light goes off and the instrument resets to the control state.
Note: ① When the instrument is set, the power will be cut off midway. Due to the memory function of the instrument, it will restart self-tuning the next time it is powered on.
② In self-tuning, if manual exit is required, the self-tuning parameter AT can be set to 0 to exit, but the tuning result is invalid.
③ The parameters tuned correctly are suitable for most systems, but in rare cases where the control is not ideal, P, I, and D can be adjusted appropriately
5) Manual output: In the normal display measurement and set value state, press the (SET+▼) key to enter the manual output state,
The first digit in the bottom row displays "H", and the last three digits display the output power from 0 to 100. Press the ▲ or ▼ keys to adjust the output power.
6) For thyristor triggered instruments, if there is voltage jitter at the two ends of the load, the two output lines of the instrument can be swapped.

When the PV window displays "HH", it indicates a broken pair, overloaded measurement value, or sensor model mismatch; When "LL" is displayed, it indicates that the measured value exceeds
Exceeding the lower limit or reversing the sensor connection.
