Machine tool features:

The machine tool adopts a fixed beam gantry structure, and the spindle has rotatable A and C axes, which can achieve five axis linkage for spatial surface machining and high-speed and efficient machining of large and complex shaped molds.

The crossbeam adopts a heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail form, and the guide rails are all controlled by a magnetic grid feedback system.

The machine tool spindle adopts an electric spindle structure, with a maximum speed of 10000-18000 revolutions per minute (optional synchronous motor or asynchronous motor).

The spindle box adopts a hydraulic balancing device, and the electric spindle stator and precision high-speed bearings are cooled by constant temperature water.

The A and C axes use imported original components. The torque motor is driven by grating and magnetic grating feedback control respectively.

The basic components are designed according to the latest requirements for high rigidity and seismic resistance.

CNC adopts SlMENS 840D digital control system.

This series of products is a CNC machine tool independently developed by our company based on absorbing advanced foreign technology. The host structure is a gantry frame mobile and a workbench fixed structure. It can be widely used for precision machining of various large boxes, frames, molds and other precision parts in industries such as automobiles, aerospace, locomotives, internal combustion engines, textile machinery, printing and papermaking machinery, metallurgical machinery, etc., including boring, milling, drilling and tapping.
