Product Introduction
XHVOCMS3000BThe volatile organic compound monitoring system can perform real-time and online monitoring of VOCs in the ambient air to reflect the concentration of hydrocarbons in the atmosphere. The system consists of an injection unit, a quantification unit, and an analysis unit, and all controls and calculations are automatically completed by a computer.
measuring principle
The method of separating methane from total hydrocarbons through chromatographic column separation, valve switching, backflushing, and other means, allowing non methane total hydrocarbons to separate peaks and directly determine their concentrations.
Performance characteristics
- Analysis components: methane and non methane total hydrocarbons, the instrument's analysis method adopts direct method (including pre concentration);
- Measurement range: 0-1000ppbc;
- Analysis cycle ≤ 15 minutes;
- Zero drift ≤ 0.1% full scale/24 hours;
- Span drift ≤ 0.5% full-scale/24 hours;
- System detection limit: Non methane total hydrocarbons ≤ 20ppb (based on carbon);
- Reference standard: Complies with the relevant indicators in the "Technical Regulations for Continuous Automatic Monitoring of Non Methane Total Hydrocarbons in Environmental Air".
