XHPAMS3000The online monitoring system adopts online automatic enrichment and online gas chromatography measurement technology, which can meet users' uninterrupted detection 24x7. The instrument has automatic calibration function, which can perform regular calibration and self inspection. The intelligent recognition system can check whether the function is normal, truly achieving unmanned and accurate measurement, and can compensate for the verification problems in the on-site testing process.

The new XHPAMS3000 series online analyzer uses sensitive GC/FID technology for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 57 ozone precursors.

The online monitoring system for ozone precursors (C2-C12) developed by Xianhe Environmental Protection meets the monitoring standards for ozone precursors in the atmosphere set by the European Union, the US EPA, and the China Environmental Monitoring Center. Additionally, it has been optimized to meet the monitoring requirements of the "Key Area Environmental Air Volatile Organic Compounds Monitoring Plan" issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. It mainly includes two subsystems, measuring low boiling point species in the C2-C6 range and high boiling point species in the C6-C12 range, respectively.

The chromatographic column system has better separation and repeatability. With the built-in program-controlled chromatography column module, the system can separate ambient air PAMS components in one step.

  • Wide range FID flame ionization detector

The built-in high-sensitivity hydrogen flame detector has a simple structure, excellent performance, stability and reliability, high sensitivity, and easy operation. It also has functions such as H2 automatic protection, wide range automatic adaptation, and automatic flame ignition.

  • Ultra high reliability and modular design

The system has high integration and scalability. The valve injection component, FID module, and EPC module inside the instrument are all designed with modularity. Users can directly diagnose the communication between modules and the operating status of each module through software, including power supply voltage, current, duty cycle, and other information. The modular design also makes the maintenance and upkeep of the entire instrument easier. Users can refer to the manual to replace modules themselves, and the system can be restored to normal operation in a short period of time.
