The XHAQSN-822 dust online monitoring system is based on high-precision light scattering particle sensor technology and uses pump suction sampling to monitor PM in the atmospheric environment2.5、 PM10、 TSP concentration, optional gas monitoring (SO)2、 NO2、 CO、O322 functional parameters including temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, and direction, noise monitoring, and video surveillance. Suitable for monitoring unorganized emissions of particulate matter and industrial park gases in construction sites, factories, mines, transportation arteries, and other places.
Instrument characteristics
A specialized high-precision, long-range light scattering particle sensor designed for dust monitoring application scenarios, with an internal light path self-cleaning design that reduces dust accumulation in the sensor's internal optical components after long-term operation, ensuring long-term stable and effective data.
The particulate matter sampling tube adopts dynamic heating technology to reduce the impact of humidity on PM2.5, PM10, and TSP values, while the humidity compensation algorithm improves data accuracy.
Zero point calibration automatic calibration technology solves the problem of zero drift during long-term operation of sensors.
Ø High precision four electrode electrochemical sensor, equipped with sensor chamber constant temperature technology and temperature compensation algorithm, reduces the impact of temperature changes on the electrochemical sensor.
Ø The instrument is equipped with a touch screen display, which can locally view real-time data, historical data, alarm information, etc., and send monitoring data to the display platform. It can be browsed through devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and computers, and can be optionally equipped with an LED display screen.
ØThe instrument has power-off alarm and automatic power on recovery functions. When the instrument is powered off, the alarm information will be immediately pushed to the platform and APP. When the power is restored, the instrument will automatically resume operation.
