working principle

The instrument achieves fully automatic computer control through a series of processes, including water inlet, ice injection, ice making, ice crushing, ice removal, ice storage, and more. The chilled water in the storage tank is continuously circulated through the plate or grid evaporator by the water pump; After the compressor operates, it undergoes suction compression exhaust condensation throttling before evaporating and absorbing heat at a low temperature of -10 to -18 degrees Celsius in the evaporator. Frozen water continuously condenses into ice layers on the surface of the evaporator at a lower temperature of 0 degrees Celsius. When the ice layer condenses to a certain thickness, the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant reaches the set temperature of the temperature control, and then the defrost solenoid valve is turned on, usually in the form of a heat pump for defrosting, to achieve the next cycle.
