1、 Main purpose and scope of application

This machine tool is mainly used for grinding cylindrical parts with a diameter of 2-40mm and a length within 140mm. If special accessories are added, it can also grind rotary shaped parts with a diameter of 7-40mm and a length within 120mm, as well as conical parts with a taper of ≤ 1:20 and cylindrical parts with a diameter of 7-40mm and a maximum length of 300mm. It is suitable for factories with large batches.

2、 Main features of machine tools

1.The grinding wheel spindle bearing adopts five dynamic pressure bearings, which have high load-bearing capacity, good rigidity, and smooth rotation.

2.The workpiece speed of the guide wheel adopts AC motor frequency conversion, which facilitates the selection of appropriate speed for parts with different diameters.

3.The guide wheel can rotate at a small angle in the horizontal plane, and when grinding conical parts, the grinding wheel does not have to be shaped into a cone.

4.Both the grinding wheel dresser and the guide wheel dresser can move longitudinally using hydraulic transmission, with uniform speed and high accuracy.

5.The imitation guide rail of the two trimmers adopts a double V-shaped steel ball structure guide rail, which has the characteristics of sensitive imitation, high precision, and long service life.

6.The feed motion adopts a needle roller guide rail, which has sensitive movement, high motion accuracy, and long service life. The feed mechanism adopts a differential screw, and the structure is simple and easy to operate.
