1、 Reasonable structure.
This equipment is divided into integral drying room type, split type, and brick kiln type. The combustion part is completely separated from the drying room and operates in isolation. Clean hot air enters the drying room, and a powerful fan is installed inside the drying room to achieve the purpose of secondary forced circulation of the incoming hot air. It can also be matched with a specially designed axial flow fan installed on the top to quickly discharge the moisture in the willow products.
2、 Good drying effect.
This equipment has two forms of air intake: bottom ventilation and forced circulation. The clever design enables the blower to achieve the purpose of simultaneous air intake and return. Therefore, pure hot air enters the drying room, preventing the contact of sulfur dioxide gas and preventing the entry of dust and smoke. Due to the freely adjustable temperature, many products with color requirements can be controlled by temperature control. Reasonable air distribution makes the drying of willow products more uniform and improves the product grade.
3、 Low energy consumption, rapid temperature rise, easy to use without pressure.
The temperature in the room can increase by about 70 ℃ within 1-2 hours, and the fuel can be coal and wood scraps, as well as natural gas and kerosene. The operating cost is 40% lower than the investment of pressure boilers, and the operating cost is saved by more than 35%.
