Introduction to Whiteness Tester WSB-V
(There are two functions with and without printing)
The sixth generation whiteness meter "WSB-VI Intelligent Whiteness Tester" has been launched on the market. By using pulse flash technology (the light is on during testing and off after testing), the instrument no longer generates heat and can be continuously turned on for 24 hours. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with dual touch switches and automatic calibration. The stability, reliability, failure rate, and bulb life of the instrument have been greatly improved.
This instrument is used to measure the blue light whiteness of object surfaces, with digital display of measurement results and built-in printer printing. It is easy to operate and has high accuracy. It is applicable to departments that need to measure the whiteness of products such as flour, starch, Rice noodles, salt, textiles, printing and dyeing, chemical fiber, plastic, porcelain clay, talc, white cement, paint, paint, ceramics, enamel, paper, pulp, etc.
Working principle of whiteness meter/whiteness tester:
The instrument uses an integrating sphere to measure spectral diffuse reflectance. The light emitted by a tungsten halogen lamp is converted into blue purple light through a condenser and a color filter, entering the integrating sphere. After diffuse reflection on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, the light is directed onto the sample at the testing port. The light reflected by the sample is received by a silicon photovoltaic cell after passing through a condenser and a light barrier filter group, and converted into an electrical signal. There is also a silicon photovoltaic cell that receives the substrate signal inside the sphere. The two electrical signals are amplified, mixed, and processed separately. The measurement results are displayed digitally and printed with a built-in printer.
