The WaveRunner 9000-MS oscilloscope provides a powerful mixed signal testing solution that combines high-definition analog channels with flexible digital inputs. The WaveRunner 9000-MS model integrates 16 digital channels with a sampling rate of 1.25 GS/s, making it a debugging machine that combines digital and analog functions.
The LabNotebook of WaveRunner 9000 is an ideal archiving tool that can automatically save all displayed waveforms, oscilloscope settings files, and screen images with just one click, without the need to save these files separately through multiple menus. Reports can be annotated and shared, and experiments and comparative test results can be easily reconstructed through callbacks. LabNotebook files can be recalled on oscilloscopes or WaveStudio on PCs.
Jitter Analysis Options (WR9K-JITKIT)
JITKIT makes the analysis of clock and clock data system jitter simple and easy to understand, including periodic jitter, half cycle jitter, cycle cycle jitter, offset, amplitude, differential voltage crossing point, slew rate, and other commonly used jitter measurements.

By using the XDEV option, you can integrate third-party software packages into the data stream of the oscilloscope, create a new measurement parameter or mathematical function based on the oscilloscope environment, and display the results in real-time on the oscilloscope screen. You can use C++, Matlab, Excel, VB, etc. to create your own measurement parameters or mathematical functions.
