The JL-X waterproof testing system is designed and manufactured according to standards such as GB7000.1, GB4208, IEC60529, IEC60598, GB/T2423.2, IEC60335, and IEC 60034-5.

JL-X includes the following levels IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7, and IPX8 (refer to IEC60529 page 51). This device is widely used by authoritative testing institutions for testing electronic and electrical products such as LED lamps; It is also used by relevant quality control departments for waterproof testing of shell protection levels.

The entire JL-X waterproof rating testing system includes the following parts:
•Drip test chamber (JL-12):Meet the testing standards of IPX1 and IPX2. The size of the test chamber is 800x800x75mm (LxWxH). The diameter of the drip hole is 0.4mm, and the spacing between the drip holes is 20mm. The weight of the test sample can be greater than 150kg.
•Hanging pipe rain testing system (JL-34):Meets the testing standards of IPX3 and IPX4, with a swing tube radius of 1 meter. The float angle for IPX3 level is 120 degrees, and for IPX4 level it is 180 degrees. The inner diameter of the swing tube is 0.4mm. The diameter of the sample automatic rotating base is 600mm, with a speed of 1-5 rpm and controlled by the PLC control board.
•Water supply device&nozzle testing system (JL-56):The size of the water supply tank is 1000x1000x600mm, with a nozzle diameter of ф 6.3mm for IPX5 and ф 12.5mm for IPX6. The water speed of 12.5 ± 0.626L/min meets the IPX5 standard, and 100 ± 5L/min meets the IPX6 standard.
•Immersion test box (JL-7):Meets IPX7 standard testing requirements. The size of the water tank is 1000x1000x1200mm. The maximum size and weight of the sample is 120kg. The device comes with two temperature channel instruments and a digital display.
•Immersion test box (JL-8):Meets IPX8 standard testing requirements. It can simulate and test water depths of 0-50m. The size of the water tank is 600mm, the height is 1200mm, and the pressure is 10 atmospheres or customized according to customer needs.
