The HLP - * * W series low-temperature water-cooled industrial chiller is a type of refrigeration unit that uses a compressor to compress refrigerant, then condenses and exhausts heat through a condenser to cool the refrigerant to a medium temperature. After cooling, the refrigerant is decompressed through an expansion valve and enters the evaporator for evaporation and heat absorption, thereby achieving refrigeration function. Its structure mainly includes components such as refrigeration compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, electronic control system, protection system, and auxiliary devices.

2. HLP - * * W series low-temperature water-cooled industrial chiller unit

The HLPW series low-temperature water-cooled industrial chiller requires a separate cooling tower and cooling water pump. Its refrigerant condensation effect is relatively good, so it can be higher than that of air-cooled industrial chillers, which may achieve energy-saving effects. It is mainly used in relatively large models, such as units above 20HP.

■ Configure components
Compressor: Advanced fully enclosed turbo compressors or semi enclosed piston compressors are selected, which have long service life, high efficiency, are not easily damaged, and basically achieve maintenance free operation;
Condenser: The water-cooled unit adopts a shell and tube condenser with U-shaped high-efficiency internal threaded heat exchange tubes, achieving high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and high-quality characteristics;
Evaporator: Shell and tube or plate exchange evaporator, compact structure with good heat transfer effect; And or choose materials such as copper, brass, stainless steel, and titanium alloy to ensure the economic efficiency and safe use of the machine;
Expansion valve: internationally renowned brands such as Emerson or Danfoss have balanced flow port type electromagnetic expansion valves, which are not affected by condensation pressure;
Electronic control system: Bangpu microcomputer integrated temperature digital controller realizes automatic control, with precise and adjustable temperature control to meet different user needs;
Protection system: multiple protections such as high and low voltage protection, waterproofing, heat protection (dual), safety valve, overload protection, under phase, reverse phase, under voltage, over-voltage, water flow protection, etc. make the operation of the unit safer;
Auxiliary device: Built in stainless steel water pump and water tank, the body adopts electrostatic spraying, which is beautiful, generous and practical.
Refrigerant: R22 refrigerant is mainly used, and various environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R134A, R407C, R404A can be selected;
Power configuration: Standard 3P-380V-50HZ, optional 110V-480V, 50-60HZ and other different power supplies.
