Dew point water activity metermeasuring method
The dew point method does not require the use of chemical reagents or work at high temperatures. Just cover the sample with a lid and wait for it to reach steam equilibrium to read. Inside the instrument, the infrared beam is focused onto a very small mirror surface to accurately measure the dew point temperature of the sample. The dew point temperature is then converted into moisture content and water activity. Due to its lightweight and easy-to-use nature, both laboratory technicians and production line operators can accurately measure water activity and moisture content within 5 minutes.

10 times accuracy
The accuracy may vary with the measured sample. However, for many samples, the dew point temperature method measures moisture content with more than 10 times higher accuracy than traditional moisture meters.

Verifiable accuracy
The standardization of moisture content is a very complex issue.
