The water bath scraper sterilizer is mainly used for sterilizing PE/PP plastic bottles and jelly.

This machine is used on the sterilization of packed jelly or PE/PP bottles.

Made of SUS304 material, the main components consist of conveying scraper, machine body, pipeline system, electronic control system, etc. The main shaft is driven by a chain to rotate and transport the material to the designated position. The speed can be controlled by frequency conversion and the sterilization time can be adjusted arbitrarily. This device is mainly used for sterilization of PE/PP plastic bottles and jelly.

Water Bath Squeegee Sterilization Machine is made of SUS304-2B stainless steel，which is composed of transfer squeegee，machine body，piping system，electricity controler cabinet. Products can be transferred into pointed position by roller chain. The sterilization time can be regulated by changing the transducer rotating speed. This machine is used on the sterilization of packed jelly or PE/PP bottles.
