The WJ type slurry pump is a new generation of slurry pump series products developed based on the principle of non clogging pumps produced by Japan's Ebara. The pump adopts advanced dual channel impellers and various fibers from abroad, with good particle passing performance, non clogging, and a wide range of slurry concentration. It can be processed through various particles such as cotton pulp, wood pulp, sewage and garbage. Compared with ZBJ type pumps, it has a longer service life, significant energy-saving effect, and efficiency can be improved by 10-15%. For example, the overcurrent part adopts ZG1Gr18Ni9Ti、ZG1Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti、316、316L、904、Gr30、941、CD4MCu The material is suitable for conveying slurry containing corrosive liquids below 200 ℃, replacing traditional lining pumps. Mainly used for conveying various pulp materials such as pulp, paper, chemical fiber, environmental protection, chlor alkali, phosphate ore, power plants, etc., with a concentration of up to 20-50%.
