Performance Characteristics

There are two types of three roll plate rolling machines: mechanical and hydraulic. Mechanical three roll plate rolling machines are divided into mechanical three roll symmetrical plate rolling machines and mechanical three roll asymmetrical plate rolling machines. The output shaft of the main reducer is transmitted to two lower rollers through a set of gears, and the change in the direction of rotation of the roller shaft is obtained by reversing the direction of the main motor. It consists of one upper roller, two lower rollers, a lifting screw, a worm gear, and some auxiliary parts. The implementation of the upper roller lifting motion is achieved by moving the lifting screw up and down.
