XVD series volumetric color masterbatch mixer can automatically mix one main material and 1-2 color masterbatch or additives of plastic raw materials in proportion, suitable for injection molding, extrusion or blow molding production. This series of products adopts a hybrid stepper motor and is equipped with a dedicated microcomputer controller, which can accurately measure the addition ratio of colorants and additives. This mixer can be connected to various molding machine signals for synchronous operation, ensuring consistent performance of the molded products. The screw diameter is divided into three types: 12, 14, and 16mm, providing different output capacities of 0.05 to 64 kilograms per hour for customers to choose from. There is also a dual color masterbatch machine, which can be combined with any two color masterbatch machines according to customer needs.
