The combination transmission of continuously variable speed, worm gear, and reducer increases the torque of the transverse stirring. The agitator made of polytetrafluoroethylene material scraper ensures full contact between the agitator and the pot body in all directions during the rolling and stirring process of the material, ensuring no mixing dead corners. The opening, unloading, and resetting of the pot body are controlled by hydraulic and mechanical transmission, making the operation extremely convenient. Vacuumizing the top of the pot can lower the frying temperature, making it particularly suitable for frying heat sensitive ingredients. This avoids color and flavor degradation caused by excessive heat, while maintaining the original color, aroma, and taste of the ingredients. Structural features:
1. Pot body: It adopts elliptical heads at both ends, rectangular and semi cylindrical structures, with jacket heating. The inner pot is made of national food grade 304 stainless steel, and the inside and outside of the pot body are polished to meet hygiene standards. The two ends of the pot body are sealed with mechanical seals, which are selected from the world-renowned brand Bergman to ensure their performance and service life. There are flushing ports at both ends of the pot, which are flushed once per shift to ensure its hygiene.

5. Speed control transmission device: using a stepless frequency converter to control the stirring speed, it can evenly mix high viscosity materials and heat them up to increase heat,
6. Hydraulic discharge system: The hydraulic device consists of a hydraulic station and an oil cylinder. The unloading and flipping device consists of a motor, chain wheel chain, and worm gear.
7. Electrical control system: composed of frequency converter, temperature controller, and control panel.
8. Vacuum cover: composed of cover shaft, support shaft, bearing seat, and sealing strip. There is a feeding port, vacuum gauge, breathing filter port, and vacuum pipeline above the pot body. The opening of the vacuum cover is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder, and its opening and closing positions are controlled by a limit switch. The limit switch has an interlocking function with the pot body. If the set position is not reached, the pot body cannot unload to protect the equipment.
