  • 1、 Working principle

    The drying principle of vacuum freeze dryer is mainly based on the three state change law of substances. When a substance reaches a certain level at low temperatures, its molecular motion slows down and forms a solid state. In a vacuum environment, the influence of external pressure on water molecules decreases, and the intermolecular distance increases, allowing water molecules to sublime directly from the solid state to the gas state, achieving the purpose of drying. This drying method can preserve the original nutritional content and color of the material, while avoiding the oxidation and deterioration of some heat sensitive substances.

    1. Equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch screen and independently developed BIONOON operating system, the touch screen is sensitive;

    3. Power off protection function, automatically releases vacuum after power off, prevents vacuum pump oil from reverse suction, and protects sample safety;
