Working Principle:
When using a vacuum degassing unit, turn on the matching vacuum pump to pump out the air inside the vacuum degassing tank. The material enters the tank through the feeding port due to vacuum pressure. When the material rises to a certain height, the control valve automatically controls the feeding. At this time, the feeding speed can be observed and controlled from the sight hole. When the vacuum degree in the tank reaches the process requirements, the material can be pumped out from the material outlet. As long as the vacuum degree and the balance of inlet and outlet are maintained, production can continue.
